Here are the Top 5 Cigars that I enjoyed smoking for year 2023. I found myself gravitating to these blends for their smoothness and great smoke output.
In 2023, I smoked less medium to full cigars and smoked mainly mild to medium. It seems that my palate has been blown out from years of smoking heavy and full bodied and full strength cigars. Smoking mild to medium cigars have been more relaxing and calming for me this year.
Well enough of my blabbering…here are my top selections for 2023.
And that is a wrap for year 2023’s smoking experience. Looking forward to enjoying and exploring some newer blends for the year 2024. With TPE and PCA coming up this year, I am anticipating some great things in the industry this year
Women get asked this question a lot? And why would a man ask a woman this question? Well to some, it may seem unattractive and to others it may be very attractive.
There has been plenty of conversation about women smoking cigars in and outside of cigar lounges around the world. But why should it be that big of an issue? Why has there been so many negative stereotypes about women in the cigar industry?
In my experience, there are plenty of women that smoke cigars that are very knowledgeable and have more experience than most men. And just like some men, there are women that just smoke cigars because they want to be in the environment and hangout with friends.
Are “men” intimidated when they see a woman that smoking cigars? What is it that makes men so uncomfortable around women that are very educated and diverse in cigar industry? These are the continuous questions that are asked and now one seems to have the answer. Maybe it’s not the women smoking the cigar, but how they handle the stick that make men nervous.
No longer are the days of the male dominanted industry. Women are increasing becoming more influential in the cigar business. Whether it’s being a consumer or an executive of a cigar company; women have create a new market in the industry.
Stereotypes
A woman walks into a cigar shop and ask for a recommendation for a cigar. Usually the first question that is asked is if she is buying for a husband or her father. When she replies that she is looking for herself, this is when most people ask the dredged question; do you want a flavored cigar?
Women that are new to smoking cigars may not find this offensive, but in general, do not assume that just because a woman wants a cigar that it has to be flavored. Recommending a flavored cigar as a first introduction into cigars is probably not the right thing to do.
The best recommendation is to ask questions to understand what experience she wants from smoking her cigar. Find out what her taste palate is. A sweet cigar may deter a woman from ever wanting to try a cigar again. Consider all the possibilities of recommending just as one would when asking a man.
Size Matters to Her
It has been said that women may typical like a smaller ring gauge in cigars. Corona, Petite Corona, and Robusto are generally sizes that you will see women smoking. But as women become more interested in experiencing the variety of cigars, Toro and Gordo are becoming the preferred vitolas for a longer and more enjoyable smoking experience.
WOW!! What a year this has been. There has been quite a few good cigars that have released this year. But with the massive outbreak of the deadly virus and all the uncertainty of what would happen, it was very difficult to socialize and explore the industry. As the year went on, we as cigar smoker found ways to enjoy our smokes and didn’t let the pandemic slow us down. If anything, we had time to smoke more cigar than we normally do.
With the shortage of tobacco production and the lack of some of my favorite cigars, I had to be more open to tryiong newer blends from cigar manufactors that I normally would not have smoked. This really opened my palate and I began to enjoy and learn about more cigars.
With the closing of several cigar shops or with them having modified business hours for most of the year, it was very difficult to go into shops and pick some of my usual cigars. For me, actually going into a humidor and shopping and seeing the variety is really an experience, as is for most cigar smokers. Being able to actually feel and smell the cigar before purchasing it is all apart of the experience. Making sure that the cigar is as perfect as possible without any cracks, soft spots, or other imperfections is a most before taking any cigar out of the humidor.
So with not being able to enter an actual humidor, I had to rely on the online shops. Now I enjoy purchasing online, but in my experience, I have had quite a few bad cigars that were not in the best condition once received. When I purchase cigars, I generally purchase what I call “sample selections”. I prefer not to buy packs or boxes, but rather two at a time. I smoke the first cigar as an experiment to see if I enjoy it, then smoke the second a few weeks later; if I enjoyed it the first time. If I didn’t enjoy it, it goes into the “give away” stash to give as a cigar bomb to someone elese who may enjoy it more than I did.
Having to buy online, as you see was quite a challenge. Searching multiple sites to find good deals on singles is not that easy. And when I did, it typically was the cigars that shops discounted because they had some irregularities to them.
Rather than waste time and money; and risking buying “shit cigars”, I waited until some of my favorite shops opened back up and purchased whatever they had available. This made it very interesting and exciting. I always ask the shop managers; “what’s new today”? This gave them free range to sell me what they thought would be good to try. Since I shop there on the regular, the shop managers know what my flavor profile is. They know I like to try everything so this made it easy for them to select brands that I haven’t smoked before.
Okay, okay….enough talking. Let’s get into what I found to be my favorite cigars for this year of experimenting.
HENRY CLAY WAR HAWK REBELLIOUS LE
The Henry Clay War Hawk Rebellious is a new twist on an Old-Cuban heritage blended by AJ Fernandez. This cigar is a medium bodied smoke with very complex flavors of cocoa, cedar, spice, chocolate, and earth. It’s a very good cigar to enjoy in the afternoon when you want a flavorful cigar with just the right amount of strength to relax you.
Origin: Nicaragua Factory: Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A. Wrapper: Nicaragua Habana Binder: Nicaragua Filler: Nicaragua Vitola: Toro Strength: Medium Price: $9.50
WARPED SERIE GRAN RESERVA 1988
Complexity is what this cigar offers. From the looks it, you would think this cigar might be mellow. But it is far from that. Smooth to the touch, and the aromas of hay, leather, fresh soil; the Gran Reserva is surprisingly strong. Offering flavors of leather, white pepper, coffee, and cocoa with creamy earthy notes. This smoke is a delight and very pleasurable to the palate.
Number 6 is a cigar that is very different from many of the Rocky Patel blends. This cigar has quite a bit of sweetness but not overly sweet. Flavors of honey and vanilla along with coffee, toast, and earth make this cigar enjoyable at anytime of the day.
Looking for something bold and powerful, the Bella Artes Maduro is as strong as it looks. This full-bodied cigar will punch your palate with rich notes of espresso and chocolate along with some sweet spices. If you are looking for a boost in your day, this cigar will surely wake up your senses with a nicotine shock.
Origin: Nicaragua Factory: Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A.
Wrapper: Brazilian Mata Fina Maduro Binder: Mexican San Andres Filler: Nicaraguan Estili Vitola: Robusto Strength: Full Price: $10.00
SAN LATANO DOMINICANO
A one of a kind San Latano. Being the only blend in this line that was blended outside of Nicaragua. The blending of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos have made this cigar a well balanced smoke. This cigar offers notes of nut, roasted coffee, caramel and hints of spice. The Dominica offers slow burn with a long finish and a easy draw. Take time to enjoy to smoke.
Origin: Dominican Republic Factory: Tabacalera Palma Santiago, Tamboril Wrapper: Brazilian Binder: Dominican Republic Filler: Dominican Republic, Nicaragua Vitola: Toro Strength: Medium to Full Price: $9.00
MY FATHER LE BIJOU 1922
“The Jewel” as this cigar has been crowned, has been my most enjoyable cigar this year. The rich flavors and spice makes this cigar my #1 pick for the year. Notes of chocolate, raisins, and leather combined with a sweet and salty finish. The Le Bijou is one of the best blended cigars and most will agree. Give your palate a treat and enjoy.
Origin: Nicaragua Factory: My Father Cigars, Inc Wrapper: Habano Oscuro (Pelo de Oro) Binder: Nicaragua Filer: Nicaragua Vitola: Toro Strength: Full Price: $11.00
These lady and gentleman are my selections of favorite cigars for year 2020. It has been a trying and stressful year, but with cigars and a fee shots of whiskey, I have made it to the end.
Looking forward to what 2021 bring in the cigar industry and what new cigars I will discover. As always, stay smoky and smoke whatever you like.
How does one select the best size or gauge of cigar? Well there are a few factors to consider. Time, place, strength, and flavor are just a few. The experience you wish to gain from smoking your cigar will always determine the size or gauge you wish to smoke.
This week, I will focus on the most common size cigars that are smoked. The Corona, Robusto, Toro, and Lancero are the cigars that are mostly talked about and reviewed. All of which provide a great smoking experience, but the question is which is better? Let’s talk about each one and decide.
CORONA
The Corona typically has been said to be the standard in which most cigars are made. The general size is usually 5 1/2 x 42. This size cigar is good to enjoy if you’re not in to lathe ring gauges. The Corona also provides good flavor because of its size and lack of fillers that most larger ring gauges have. Given the size, the Corona is about a 30-40 minute smoke. So if you are having a business meeting or just need a quick smoke during lunch break, this would be a great size to enjoy.
ROBUSTO
The Robusto is said to be the most popular size of cigar because of the amount of smoke and the time to enjoy it. Generally measuring at 5 x 50, some tobacconist recommend this size when smoking a new cigar. The Robusto provides a good amount of flavor and does not burn hot like the Corona or smallest cigars might. The smoke time for a Robusto is normally 40 minutes to an hour. Most cigar sampler packs are packaged with Robusto cigars.
I prefer not to smoke a Robusto, and it’s primarily based on cost. When I go to local shops, most Robusto cigars are price around $7-$10, depending on the brand. And usually the next size up is only a few cents more and will provide a longer smoke time. Now on occasion I will smoke a Robusto, if it’s a blend that I have smoked and really liked. But for me, I will always maximize the cost of a cigar and get the best smoking experience. So for me, the Toro is the best selection when it comes to pricing.
TORO
The Toro can be said to probably be the most popular size cigar. Similar to the Robusto but just a little bit longer. The Toro varies in size, but generally is 6 x 52 in length and gauge. Smoke time is about an hour to 1 1/2 hours. This is a great size to enjoy while hanging out at the lounge or relaxing in the backyard. The Toro provides great flavor and the burn is very cool. When the cigar is rolled properly it will give you a great smoke output and the flavors will be enjoyable throughout the whole smoke time. And since I usually smoke 1 cigar a day, I need to get the best smoke experience for my time.
LANCERO
The Lancero, which seems to be the most elegant size of all cigar sizes, measure typically at 7 x 42. Lancero have most recently been in high demand. They provide cigar smokers with an abundance of flavor since there is very little filler, and most of the flavor comes from the wrapper. Jorge Ahued, owner of Stogies Houston, has brought a lot of attention to the Lancero. He has partnered with several big name cigar marker to create the “H-Town” series of Lancero cigars. This series of Lancero have been in high demand from not just Houston residents, but from all around the states. I have been fortunate enough to get a few of these, but have yet to smoke them. But for those that have smoked these Lancero, the reviews have all been positive.
What’s Your Choice?
Does size really matter? Well to some, it does. There will always be a debate about which size is the best. The experience you want should determine the size you select. Make your selections base on what will give you the best flavor profile based on the blend of the cigar. If you want to smoke a mild-medium cigar, maybe the Corona and Lancero will provide good flavor. And the Robusto and Toro for medium-full to enjoy the strong flavors and not overpower your palate. Whichever size you select, make sure you get the best out of it and stay smokey my friends.
This weeks subject is one that has been quite difficult for me. I typically smoke one cigar a day. But there are times when I will have multiple cigars a day. Smoking a cigar in morning and then another later in the day is how I usually smoke on the weekends. But when I’m at an event and I want to smoke a few cigars in secession, I usually have trouble distinguishing the flavors between smokes.
So my question is; how does one really cleanse their palate between cigars to really enjoy the flavors from one cigar to the next? There are several different ways that many say are the best, but do they really work for you?
Over time, I have tried many ways to cleanse my palate. From what I’ve read and what I’ve been told in discussion with other enthusiast like myself, it is clear to say that there are several ways to do this, it all depends on one’s preference. So I did a little research and talked with a buddy of mine last week to get more incite into this perplexed issue.
When I first started smoking cigars, the after taste really bothered me and I would brush my teeth and scrub my tongue for several minutes. But even that really didn’t help and I really consider just quitting all together. But being the “nerd” that I am, I was determined to find a way to cleanse my tongue so I could enjoy more than just one cigar a day. I read several articles and watch a few Youtube videos, but none of the information was really helping. So I decided to talk with a few enthusiast and get there opinion on what works for them.
Most of the enthusiast said that bourbon was the best way to cleanse the palate. Now in some cases this is true. But from my experience every bourbon is not good for cleansing. Bourbon can be a little spicy and can dull the taste buds. Although bourbon may be good for pairing with cigars, it may not always be good for cleansing.
Since I don’t drink alcohol as much as I use to, now that I’m getting older; I wanted to try something a little less intoxicating but just as enjoyable. So I noticed quite a few of my “Instagram friends” would drink Root Beer or Cream Sodas as a pairing or cleanser. Now I am not much of a soda drinker, but since I’m learning more about the cigar life, I guess I need to explore all option.
The few times I did drink a Root Beer or Cream soda, it was not bad as a pairing, but did very little cleansing. The trouble I had with these drinks was that there was too much acid and causes a lot soda bubbles in my throat and I didn’t even drink half of it. This is one of the reasons I don’t enjoy soda much.
Now I’m at the point where nothing seems to be working for me and I was just content with just smoking one a day. So when I did smoke in session during events, I was just smoking, and I was not really enjoying the second and third cigar. Then during an event, there was some desserts being served and I remembered someone saying that chocolates are good to have in between smokes. So I picked up this chocolate moose cake; it was not the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted but it helped. So now I usually grab some chocolates when I’m out at events or even at a lounge.
Coffee and espresso have also been said to be the best way to cleanse your palate. And again I would say that this depends on several different factors. The strength, flavors, and the mix will make a difference. It will be either good as a pairing or a cleanser. In an interview with Cigar Advisor, Nick Perdomo say he enjoys cleansing his palate with coffee, cream and sugar. He states that the cream is an alkali. What is an alkali; it’s a neutralize. Now for me, I don’t use much cream; lactose intolerant, so again, this doesn’t work for me either. Although I enjoy pairing coffee with a good morning cigar, it does not cleanse well.

While talking with a buddy, Jerry Cutrone, who is cigar rep for La Palina, Caldwell, Room 101, and La Barba, he shared with me quite a bit of knowledge that he has learned from these guys. He himself says that Sparkling water is his go to drink when he wants to cleanse his palate. Now I have heard this from a few cigar smokers but have never tried it myself.
But one thing that was interesting was something he learned working with Robert Caldwell. Licorice is Caldwell’s choice to cleanse the palate. Now he’s not talking about Twizzlers, but rather the old fashion licorice candy. So this intrigue me a bit. I’m not the biggest fan of anything licorice, but if I ever come across a piece of candy, I’ll be sure to try it. Hell if it’s good for one of the best cigar blenders in this industry, it’s worth a try.
You’re probably saying by now; what the hell does work for you? And to answer that question; Sweet tea and sour candy. Sweet tea is something I probably drink 90% of the time when smoking cigars. The sugary taste helps even out the flavors but not wash then out or kill the taste buds. Now it does not cleanse my palate completely, but just enough for me smoke another cigar.
Sour candy is what I eat when I have finished smoking for the day. The sour sugar coats my tongue and neutralize all of the tobacco flavors. My personal preference is Sour Worms; berry flavored.
To conclude, what I’ve learned is that our taste buds are very different. Depending on the strength of the cigar that you are smoking, it may require a stronger or milder cleanser. But don’t over cleanse, or you may kill the senses in your tongue and that will effect the flavors of the next cigar you smoke.
This weeks edition is about the cigar club Distinguished Ruffian. In this interview, I’m speak with Mitch Rockwell, the “El Prez” as he is referred to, for the Distinguished Ruffian.
Q: What is a Distinguished Ruffian?
The name was made to try to define our personalities. Distinguished because members should always want to set themselves apart from others in our actions and strive to be the best at whatever it is that we do. Ruffian because, when need be, we can be that tough person. Basically, the James Dalton motto of “Be nice, until it’s time not to be nice.” A quote from the movie Roadhouse.
Q: Where did the idea of starting a club come from?
Photos courtesy of each person’s IG page
There used to be a group of five of us (Julius Fletcher, Rogan Kowalski, Mike Faison, Fran Sellitto and myself) that got together every weekend to smoke, drink and talk about different stuff.
Since we were all fairly opinionated and I knew how to build basic websites we figured why not create a review site and tell everyone instead of just each other. So, I started working on the site while we tossed around ideas for the logo. While working on the site I found I could add a plug in for an IG page and connected the two hoping that it would lead to greater exposure and on a whim added the page for becoming a member not thinking much about it or even thinking anyone really would.
Then the first submission came through, a person in Canada named @Buffalohunter67 and I thought “Oh, well now what do we do?” We had made the first set of patches but at the time did not like the logo, so we thought, OK let’s get these out and we’ll re-do the design after those were gone. So, we sent out a thank you card with the patch in it. As more submissions came through the more the patch was being posted on IG which lead more people back to the club and more submissions and it kind of grew exponentially from there. Thankfully we never chose to re-do the logo because everyone seems to like it.
Q: What are some of the beliefs of the club?
Most importantly would be unity. The idea was to bring people together regardless if you’re a man or a woman, what your religious beliefs might be, the color of your skin or your sexual orientation. We feel that all people should be treated with respect. The goal was to create more than just a club we wanted to make it a global community that had a family feel so members knew they had people behind them when they needed it. We also believe in giving back and trying to work with charitable organizations such as CFW (Cigar for Warriors) at all events we hold. And of course, trying to make the best out of each day.
Q: How does one become a Distinguished Ruffian?
It’s a fairly simple process, under the “Want To Be An Official Distinguished Ruffian” tab onDistinguishedRuffian.comthere are full instructions but in a simple explanation, first you want to follow the main Instagram feed @DistinguishedRuffian, (subscribing to Distinguished Ruffian TV on YouTube doesn’t hurt either) then there is a Member Profile Form to download and fill out. You then send that form and a submission photo toDRMembership@outlook.com. After a short screening process of about 6-8 weeks you would become approved.
Q: What are some of the benefits of being a Distinguished Ruffian member
Family, that would be one of the biggest benefits to being a member. Wherever I travel to I can either make a post about where I’m going or check the member map to see who’s nearby and people always want to come out and have a cigar or a drink. Anywhere you go you have family there. Also, events are held throughout the year in different states, our list of shops that offer member discounts continues to grow. There is also the possibility of creating a VIP membership level that would include things like free cigars, VIP member only merchandise and discounts in the member shop, but those details are being ironed out. The traditional membership would still be free, the goal wasn’t to get rich off of the members, just to keep the club functioning.

Q: How many members would you say there are in the DR?
Currently about 7,000 worldwide are patch holding members.
Q: With a club that’s so big, how do members keep in contact with each other?
As the club grew it was clear that a new way of communication had to be made for our members, and after quite a lot of experimentation with a previous member, Aaron, we found that Google Hangouts was the best app to use so we created a main chatroom for all of the members and quickly filled the room with hundreds of members all talking at once and it was hectic but fun. Then…it crashed, apparently, we overloaded the serves at Google and the whole room went down. With the club growing so quickly it was becoming increasing difficult to try to keep up with every single members’ questions throughout the day and respond to emails so the idea of creating chapters came up.
The Chapters are a great way for members to have both the global feel with the main DR IG feed but also have a more local feel with their chapter IG page. The chapters consist of 4 officers who all have different titles but not truly different ranks. They work together as a team and each one has specific responsibilities to the chapter. Along with creating a smaller more personal feel to the group it provides quicker and easier access to answers for most members’ questions.
Q: As the President of the DR how do you reach your members?
Image from @distinguishedruffian_mitch
I stay as active as I can on my personal account @Distinguishedruffian_mitch and interact with them that way along with popping into the different chapter chats to try to keep up with everyone. But my favorite way to reach the members is by making it to as many DR meet ups as possible to meet everyone in person. It’s really a great time for me to get that opportunity to make a personal connection with everyone.
Q: Now we know cigars are the basis of the club, but what are some other interest that members share?
The other main interests would probably be alcohol and firearms. That’s not to say that all members are drinkers, we have quite a few members who do not drink and participate in our shot calls with things like tea or soda. Obviously, I wouldn’t suggest that somebody have a bunch to drink and then go play with their guns while smoking a cigar that’s just what some of the main interests of the members are.
Q: Ok, what are some your favorite cigars?
See this is a tough one because it depends on my mood. But if this is one of those “You’re stuck on an island and can only have 5 cigars what would it be” this would be the list.
1. DE Norteno
2. LFD L300
3. Debonaire Daybreak
4. Espinsoa Alpha Dog
5. DE Nasty Fritas
Q: In your opinion, what’s the best pairing with a cigar?
Friends and family. To me my mood makes or breaks a cigar, being surrounded by good friends or some of the DR family is what really makes the smoking experience special.
Image from @distinguishedruffian_juice
Q: What’s your go to drink while enjoying a cigar?
It used to be single malt scotch but recently I’ve switched to bourbons. I find the peppery taste helps the tobacco notes stand out. While some will argue that water is the best pallet cleanser when smoking I will stand by my bourbon.
Q: Where do you see the future of the DR going?
I hope to see it continue to grow and make an even larger global brotherhood/sisterhood of like-minded people and be able to host even larger meet ups across the world. The goal is to improve and promote the knowledge of tobacco, alcohol, and personal arms in a safe and educated manner through the organization and cooperation of ourselves and other agencies such as, companies for these products, store owners, managers, sales representatives, member meet-ups as well as written articles added toDistinguishedRuffian.com.
Q: Any closing remarks or tips you like share with the readers?
Join the club and have fun. We started on the idea of just making friends who liked the same thing and that has never changed. Of course, with growth dynamics have to change and more structure has to be formed but the heart of the concept has never changed. The core belief and idea of just bringing people together with a sense of community is the foundation of what this family is about and that will never change.
My answer to these questions would be; why does it matter? I like what I’m smoking and it’s a good cigar.
Many times people only smoke what others say are good cigars and really don’t take the time to learn about what makes the cigar good. A name or a band does not necessarily mean that it is a great or even a good cigar. From what I’ve learned in my brief time smoking cigars is a name or band does not really mean nothing if the quality of the cigar is not good. Cigars are different for everyone. A cigar that someone enjoys may not necessarily be enjoyed by another person. It’s all about preference.
Being a cigar enthusiast, I prefer to smoke several different types of cigars to find out what I truly like and don’t like. I’ve researched just about every cigar I’ve smoked. The brand is not really a big concern to me. I tend to choose the type of tobacco that is used in a particular cigar. In this journey to smoke good tobacco, I’ve learned that some of the best cigars are those that are not the most advertised.
Un-band cigars are some of the best; if not the best cigars that are available. Most of these cigars come from the same factories as the major brands. These cigars consist of the same tobacco as those with bands, but cost much less. I’ve matched and $5 cigar against a $12 cigar. The tobacco blends and gauges are similar and most times the $5 cigar is a best quality. Why is that? Who knows. Maybe the time put into blending the $5 cigar is more committed than the major brand. Most major brands have to be mass produced and the un-band cigars are more dedicated in ensuring the quality of the product is the best.

So don’t be so quick to pass up a cigar just because it’s not a known brand. Look at the quality, construction, and the blend of tobacco. If it looks good, take a chance and smoke it, you might be surprised and truly enjoy it.
Smoke what you like, not what “they” say you should like.
I’m a big advocate of supporting small businesses and the boutique companies of the cigar industry. I personally think these businesses are the heart of the industry right now. The passion and attention to detail to make sure only their best quality cigars are produces and sold to consumers.
And I would say that same passion and dedication has been put into one of the newest cigar companies; Definition Cigars.

Back in August I met up with a fellow Distinguished Ruffian TX club member on a visit to Dallas. Now I have known Neo Lindley, Jr through Instagram but we had never met until this day. As we were talking about club business and several other things, he told me briefly about a project that was in the works, but couldn’t go into details about what it really was. But he assured me that when it does come out, I’m going to enjoy it.

So in November, I made another trip to Dallas just for a weekend getaway. As I was relaxing and smoking at Casa de Montecristo with my wife; someone said, “what’s up bro?” When I looked up, it was Neo. It was unexpected for him to be there, but he knew I was in town and wanted to stop by to smoke one with me. As we were talking and smoking, he reached into his travel humidor and hands me a cigar. He says, “this is the project I was telling you about.”
When I saw the cigar, I was amazed and excited at the same time. In a way, I was honored that he gave one to me to enjoy. I was truly appreciative.

Well months have pasted and I finally smoked the cigar; and I was truly impressed with flavors and spice. These gentlemen of Definition Cigars have made a great quality smoke to enjoy with a nice cup of coffee; as I did, or your favorite whiskey.

When I heard of their official launch event that was going to held in the Dallas area, I knew I had to be there. Not only to support my fellow club brother, but to also support the men of this company. The event was a success. Cigars were selling fast and consumers were having a great time smoking them. It was good to see my brother and his partners enjoying the success of all their hard work.
